e-KYC Web SDK
A process of capturing image of ID document and live video selfie for identity verification.
Step 1: The applicant verifies his/her personal information.
Applicant's personal information including full name, ID type, ID number and nationality are mapped from the /applicant-details GET request.
Step 2: The applicant captures the front of his/her ID document.
The applicant will be prompted to capture the front side of his/her ID document.
Step 3: The applicant captures the back of his/her ID document.
The applicant will be prompted to capture the back side of his/her ID document.
Step 4: The applicant records a 180° live selfie video of his/her face.
180° live selfie video technology is used to capture accurate face of the applicant.
Step 5: The applicant uploads a screenshot of his/her supporting document.
Applicant will be prompted to upload his/her supporting document that contains address (E.g. telco bill, utility bill). This is only applicable to foreigners to prove that they are residing in Malaysia. To upload the supporting document, only a few supported file formats are accepted which are .jpg, .jpeg, .png and PDF.
Step 6: The process is complete!
After all the processes are completed, a green tick appears to tell the applicant about the completion.
Step 7: Redirect to a webpage.
The applicant will be redirected to a website with a URL that consist of Reference ID.
