Payment Reversal Request Message can be used to:
- reverse an earlier timeout transaction, or
- reverse the charge on the cardholder due to merchant failed to deliver the goods or services.
Other conditions:
- Merchant Server is not able to reverse the transaction amount greater than earlier approved amount.
- Partial amount reversal is not supported and will be rejected.
- Subjected to acquirer system whether supports online reversal message.
- Subjected to acquirer settlement cut-off time of the transaction. Reversal request will be rejected by acquirer if the previous approved transaction is already settled.

Payment Reversal Response Message is generated by PayMASTER for Merchant Server to indicate the outcome of Reversal Request.
Upon completion of the Card payment process, PayMaster shall redirect the customer browser back to the specified return URL per the completion status.
